New project for taxi in Brussels!

MX design always finds custom-built solutions to your projects whatever they are.

As proof with the one of the Ministry of Brussels which consists in the supply of 600 rooflights to install on the taxis of the city. These rooflights aim to indicate the rate used by the taxi: I or II.

Furthermore, the city of Brussels wished that these taxis are equipped with a visible alarm from the outside which engages a siren in case of theft or aggression, the driver can engage it by means of a remote control.

MX design developed therefore the concept of this rooflight and manufactured the electronic circuits allowing the adjustment of the luminosity of the LED' S in order to this one be optimal compared with the outside luminosity.

A team of technicians carried out the laser engraving of plastic body, the assembly of the outside and inside plastic body equipped with all the necessary components: sirens, electronic circuits of control by microprocessor of the LED' S, batteries, connectors for external power and other accessories.

The first rooflights were provided to the administration and will make appearance on the roof of the taxis by September 2011.
